ABA Three Layer Blown Film Machine
This ABA three layer blown film machine features the screw and barrel that are crafted of superior alloy steel and given a three-day nitriding treatment, granting it remarkable resilience and longevity.
Using the ABA design can reduce material costs and enhance machine performance. This approach makes it possible to incorporate 50% calcium carbonate, which is more affordable than HDPE. Recycled materials, too, can be mixed with HDPE without any negative impact on the film's quality.
