TPLAST and this Argentina customer have been collaborating since 2019 and are proud to have serviced our Argentine customer with machinery for producing plastic shopping and garbage bags. The customer was delighted with the quality of our products and services and we consequently developed a strong cooperation.

The quality of the product revealed an improvement after running the new design machines. This was because the new heavy duty machines were particularly fitting for the production of garbage bags which required a strong and thick seal.

Especially in times like these when China faces the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, we strive to offer even better customer service. TPLAST and this UAE customer have been working together since 2021 and have provided our UAE customers with Taiwan-designed mini type blown film machines, automatic 4 lines plastic bag making machine and granulators in September of the same year.
The customer was pleased with the quality of our machine, so he ordered a new, high-speed mini blown film machine and procured spare parts for his existing film-blowing machine in August 2022.
- We received an inquiry from the customer on August 30, 2021.
- The customer discussed the details and pricing of the machine over the course of three days and arranged for a 30% deposit on 2nd Sep, 2022. In the hopes of a quick delivery, we immediately initiated production of the machine once the deposit was received.

- In 2021, shipping costs have increased significantly; to ensure customers can save on their expense, we have created two shipping plans.

In 2021, a customer from Uruguay found us but, unfortuinately, they were unable to come to China to inspect our factory on themselves. In order to build trust, we took a video tour of our factory and workshops, enabling the establishment of our first trust-based relationship.
For our initial joint venture, the customer has acquired a single roll bag manufacturing machine to assess the quality of the machinery and our services.
