The high speed blown film machine (with double rewinder) is an ideal choice for those wanting to produce more LDPE film. The rotary die head allows for greater control of the thickness of the film produced.

To reduce costs on film production, ABA three layer blown film machine can be a great option. By adding up to 50% Caco3 to the material used for the middle layers, this can significantly lessen the amount of resources needed.

If looking to create stronger LDPE for use in food packaging or the electrical parts industry, the best option is to choose a three layer blown film machine (with IBC & Haul Off) . This results in improved film quality and strength.
